Blitz! Flavored ice.

Used to buy these from the newsagents next door to our college. They may have been made by Walls but can't be too sure. Not quite an ice-lolly but a paper cup with a foil lid consisting of a cola(maybe other flavours) icy slush with sparkling crystals of sherbet-type stuff. There was also a plastic ice-pick/spoon included as well. This was back in 1997-99 and they didn't seem to be around for long.
