Does anyone remember an ice cream dessert from the late 80’s/early 90’s that was similar in shape to a viennetta and came on a tray in box. You then sliced bits off the ends. It had a pink raspberry core which was surrounded by white vanilla ice cream. I’ve been searching for months for a name but can’t find anything similar on google. It’s driving me mad! Thanks in advance!
