Hi all. Does anyone remember the name of an ice cream dessert from the late 80's early 90's? It looked a bit like a viennetta but had a raspberry core surrounded by soft white ice cream. You then sliced bits off the ends as it came on a plastic tray. It's been driving me mad!

Similar shape but instead of sponge around the ice cream (which was raspberry and dark pink) it had white wavy ice cream just like a viennetta. In fact, it was stocked by the viennettas in the supermarket. It's driving me insane trying to remember the name!Comment
