The plot thickens..The info I found on the balls was believed to have come from Lyons,but I just contacted Lyons and they say they have no record of a product calld Toniballs,and reckon its an unlikely name
However,I have contacted an expert in his field,hopefully,he will shed some light

Edit: Miniballs is the latest name I have found
