Walls did (and still do I think) make an Ice Lolly called Twister,,"Tangle your tongue around a twister" But that was a lime flavour with an Ice cream stripe twist
Which doesn't sound like what you are describing, there is a photo on the thread somewhere I'll see if I can find it so we can be sure its not the one you are looking for.

Yeah I remember Teddy bear lollies. I used to buy them from the ice cream van that came round. I seem to remember that they came in different flavours. I liked the red ones that were prob strawberry flavour.

I forgot that the 'Black Hole' lolly had the red bit inside like 'Count Dracula's Deadly Secrets'. And the more I read into this thread, the more my childhood is rushing back through my addled mind. Screwballs?! Ice cream and bubble gum inside an inverted plastic Dalek.

    Me, I'm anybody's for a Lemonade Sparkle.

Although I can't remember the name of the lolly, I do remember that you could send off for a 'Secret Spy Pen'.

Damn! The name is going to annoy me now.
**UPDATE** I believe they were called 'Secret Agent'.
