Jacob's Golden Orient

I've just seen an old TV advert from the late 70's about Jacob's Golden Orient starring Burt Kwouk. From what I saw on the advert they looked like rectangular rice crackers but not sure if that's what they were? Does anybody ever recall eating or seeing these crackers in the shops and for how long they lasted as I don't have any recollection of them at all. Limited edition crackers perhaps?

I had them years ago. Nothing particularly impressive. A thin cracker, maybe a digestive or shortbread, with a sugar glaze.

I don't think they were a limited edition, just not a big seller, and discontinued.
