What would you have for breakfast lunch and dinner only from childhood favourites?
I used to skip breakfast in case I was late for school but I used to have it at weekends and holidays.
I went home for dinner however, and had a Pot Noodle or something like that, and in the evening, it varied depending on what day of the week it was.
I've everything I need to keep me satisfied
There's nothing you can do to make me change my mind
I'm having so much fun
My lucky number's one
Ah! Oh! Ah! Oh!
I’d always have a bowl of cereal for breakfast and I took a packed lunch to school (sandwiches, crisps and fruit).
Tea time changed depending on the season — salads and jacket potatoes in the summer — Stews and casseroles in the winter.
Generically, and culturally, I’d have bubble-and-squeak or cold chicken and chips on a Monday, and fish in parsley sauce (boil-in-the-bag) on a Friday.
Fashion-wise, I’d sometimes have Crispy Pancakes with homemade chips and backed beans.
No time for breakfast in the mornings but I would sometimes have it in the evening. Lunch could be anything dull, no chips, no foreign food, poor quality ingredients. I would like a hazelnut Ski yoghurt so badly right now though!
Time flies like the wind, fruit flies like bananas - go figure!
