I've noticed that lenticular pictures/patterns are making a bit of a comeback. For anyone who is puzzled by the term I mean those pictures that move or change depending on the way you look at them (no, I didn't know they were called that either!)
My gran had a picture of an old sailing ship like this on the wall and I loved the way it looked 3D and seemed to move on the waves. I also remember getting some dinosaur cards, possibly from cereal that were like this and most of all I remember NOT getting some fabulous Snoopy flip flops that had a changing lenticular images on the part you stand on. I've since found identical vintage flip flops featuring different characters on the Internet but not my beloved Snoopy version.
Anyway I am still a big fan of this design and I'm glad to see it return.
