Got this idea from a topic on the radio.

So what do u do and or say thats oldschool.

For example using teletext instead of looking oline to see whats coming on on tv.

Looking facts up in an encyclopedia printed book instead of looking the facts up online; so to go to a library rather than a computer terminal

I still have a lot of reference books, along with stuff on video.

I also use teletext a lot still.

Newspapers occasionally never read news on line anymore

Dictionary to spell a word rather than google it up

Listen to a cd or radio no downloads

Using a landline more mobile less

Old Bands & Singers yes that write and play instruments


New bands and singers that cannot play & write music NO

Laptop or computer yes IPads Smart phones etc NO

Walking yes Driving less

Birthday Xmas cards etc yes Ecards no

Writing a letter to someone rather than sending email


Going to shops to look and buy things yes buy online with Amazon NO

I still use a London A-Z to get around unfamiliar places as don't have a Tom-Tom although have recently started using Google Route Finder, or whatever it's called, on my I-Phone and OMG it's fab! talks to you and everything!!

I read more than watch TV even though after not having one for a few years I finally broke down and recently got a TV (for the housemates, y'understand ). The other thing I do is pay with cash instead of a cheque or credit card, even for big purchases.
