Michael Crawford introduces the last of a series exploring the career of Andrew Lloyd Webber. AU the World's a Stage. Marketing a show has become almost as important as writing and staging it, and Andrew Lloyd Webber has become a master of that too. So great is his success that the three-and-a-half-year London run of Aspects of Love is considered by some a failure. With up to 40 productions running worldwide at any one time, the composer has become an industry.
