Completley the opposite for me.........loved it when I was a kid, but I bought a bottle a couple of years ago expecting the taste to take me back to those bygone days, but it was bloomin' foul

Blue cheese. I only actually developed a taste for it last Christmas after years of giving it a try and hating it.

On the DVD commentary the directors mention the same reaction at the test screenings.

By that time disco seemed to be loosing it's edge, but Shalamar & Fat Larry's Band were making decent songs a couple of years later.

Apart from some of the better floor fillers it seemed to get an "naff" reputation until the mid 1990s.

I remember seeing Airplane in the theatre and when the plane knocked out the radio station where "disco lives forever," everybody started cheering.

Another thing i now like is classical music its beautiful.
