OMG I was just going to type the answer and its gone right out of my head, aghhhhh think Heather, think.....

I'm racking my brains to get the name of this artist. I can't post a picture as I can't Google her name but she used to do sentimental pictures all based around love/romance. The pictures were mainly of children with big doughy eyes in their oversized heads - very, very cute. There was a victorian feel about them as well.
All I know is, it wasn't Mabel Lucie Attwell who was far too early.
Any ideas??
