remember back in the 70s me and a friend collected tokens for weeks from marvel comics to send off for sea monkeys that you hatched and grew yourself in water. the excitement mounted as we posted off our tokens and waited by our letter boxes for weeks . eventually the day arrived and we got them so followed the instructions on packet and put them in water and waited a few days for them to hatch. blimey talk about dissapointment, all they were was brine shrimp that you feed to tropical fish. the advert in the comic showed this family of sea monkeys playing games , with crowns on their head and it says watch them playing a friendly game of tag.lol. anyone else fall for it ?
