I was going to do the "I remember Him" joke as well... Never mind. He would have loved the irony of being sent to Coventry!
My late parents had at least three Ifield singles in their collection of 1960s records - the Yodeling Song; I Remember You; and The Wayward Wind (this collection had none at all from the Beatles, amazingly). I know that he was featured on one of those "After They Were Famous" documentaries in around 2001 where they said that he was in Australia. Although The Yodelling Song was made in the 1960s, but it didn't chart unbelieveably until 1991!
Did he yodel on every one of his hits, I wonder? Most of them sound like he did.I've everything I need to keep me satisfied
