Sad news indeed - I loved him in EastEnders and he was awesome in All creatures Great and Small - even though it was'nt my Cuppa - Timothy was "an old School Actor" who played many good roles
I feel sorry for Prunela Scales in her position loosing her memory and poor Tim dying, as they really loved and cared for each other, as loosing your memory/having Dementia is a such a cruel cruel illness that my Great Aunt - a proud proud lady like Prunella Scales suffered from badly -
It was quite a coincidence that West appeared in the penaltimate episode of Doctors last week - it was a planned episode and was not deliberately scheduled as a result of his demise. Of course, Doctors was known for another Timothy - Christopher Timothy.
My condolences to Prunella Scales and the rest of his family.I've everything I need to keep me satisfied
