Yeah, I guess there was no other option: school, College, Uni, work, die...
Yeah indeed - we must be thinking the same here zabadak!
A few friends I know have done Education, education, education -all their lives. Like one he has done Open university Courses (Astronomy etc ) like forever and studies it 21/22 hours a day and then just goes to meet his Personal tutor whenever and I think "wow, this' so easy man - let me in on the trick"!!
Re: Did you always want to be a life-long learner!?
My brother always wanted to be as he went on to be a teacher.
I might have done it but cause you have to pay to go to university it put me off it the fees u have to pay back are just crazy.
After all school is free so uni should be.
Re: Did you always want to be a life-long learner!?
Depends what you mean by life long learner. I've always read loads and am curious by nature but couldn't wait to get out of school. Saying that I started an OU course a while back in my twenties (dropped it due to circumstances) and am looking to start up again in the next year or two.
