Isle of Man Football festival

I have forgot/can not recall the full proper name of the festival, but I wonderd if that any other members recall this Football Festival in the 1980s? Sadly I never managed to attend any of the games but I recall very well on first knowing about it when I was young in the 1980s as it was mentioned in the Isle of Man Holiday Guides. About 4 teams genjeraly took part - though I may be wrong possibly. Am I correct in thinking possibly too that a lot of Club's from Scotland often took part in it?

It would be great to know what happend to this brilliant festival/event, or/and took part in it and how many times and if it how many different winner's it had
