Sunburst Clocks

Did anybody have a Sunburst clock in their home during the 60's/70's made by an English company called Metamec? Last year trawling through Ebay for retro items, I came across a classic Sunburst clock design and it triggered all these memories of seeing them in different homes when I was growing up. I simply had to buy it because of it's design. It just looks incredible. The clock which is still working brilliantly takes pride and place on my lounge wall and I just love looking at it.

my aunt and uncle had one of those clocks. they had it until a couple of years back. think they gave it to a charity shop.

My aunt had one of these. To be fair, it looked fantastic on her living room wall. I don't know what happened to it, but I always liked it.

These have come come back into fashion in the last few years, with some reproductions available.
