Re: "new posters" who are just repeating other peoples answers
Could be any of those things, if there's an image that doesn't show properly with the posts don't click on it. We remove them as we come across them. If you come across any we miss use the report post button and we'll remove them, thanksThe only thing to look forward to is the past

yeah like HG says these sort of posts usually have hidden links or images in them so everyone please report them, they may be innocent but we can see the hidden links if we click the edit mode!
ThanksHeather

Would they have Russian IP's by any chance? I'd personally just block all IP's like that. SAme goes for China IP's too, it'll save on a lot of spam. A simple block cut 100's of posts a week to a trickle because the botting doesn't normally have the ability to circumvent the IP block.

We already have loads of those types of IP's blocked, but these are what we call unresolved IP's and we do have genuine members join on those so we cant take the risk of blocking them.Heather

Can you make it so that posts have to be approved? I know it's a lot of work mod side, but the software should allow you to just delete all unapproved posts. It's just a case of flitting through the bona fide posts, approving them and then clicking to delete all the bumf.
