my friend let her two kids watch it a while back. She said they really enjoyed it. I think the second was the best though.

Clockwork Orange the film that was banned and subsequently became iconic

It was never actually banned.
Stanley Kubrick withdrew it from release as it was said to have inspired real life crimes.
That's why it was rereleased only months after his passing.
