classic and was a version i not seen be4 a uncut one i didnt know lez set up few traps for superman there was a hall of machine guns then hall of fire and tried freeze him never knew bout them bits there was few other bits ive not seen be4 too

what the hell? i have the Superman ultimate collection, which is 13 discs, it includes all 5 films (no Man of Steel), and that has multi disc versions of every film (plus bonus discs) including the "Richard Donner Cut" of Superman 2, and i don't think i have that version of Superman 1

last film i watched was James Bond - The Man with the Golden Gun

IIRC Superman had some scenes cut out of the original release, but they were added back for it's 1st TV screening & I guess have stayed in since then.

well mate you dont have that version then i was shocked my self cause ive watched superman for years and never seen that bit it was on itv 4 on saturday night check it out

why they decide to add now i dont know all them times it been on telly i watch every time and then see them bit was a what the hell goin on here lol

A few films have had bit added or taken away from them, often done by studio bosses behind the director's back, & then put back in a director's cut.

Rush - the story of the rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauda probably the best film I've seen in the last couple of years - highly recommend it (even if you dont like F1 the back story is amazing)
