The Christmas Cabin about staying in a log cabin high up in the mountains of North America with a heavy snowfall,with a log fire to keep warm
The Christmas Wife similar staying in a log cabin much nicer setting by a lake a bigger log fire to keep warm,it look so peaceful to spend xmas to get away from the city

love on the dole 1941.. recorded it off the telly couple of days ago, a film about the hardships of living in Salford during the 30s. I loved this film as ive lived in Salford all my life (well not all of it as i'm not dead yet) All studio shot which is a shame, a few location shots would have been cool but even so a great old black n white from 1941 and a good representation of Northern folk just trying to survive

Just finished getting through three series of Broadchurch...Binge watched in four days, some interesting casting in series three with major roles for Lenny henry and Charlie higson who were both very good in a departure from their usual comedy roles. See this if you like whodunnits, enough red herrings to sink a trawler
