Star Wars: Mark Hamill is now the same age Sir Alec Guinness was when he played Obi Wan Kenobi in Episode 4.

I had seen Episode 4 in the cinema when it first came out yet one of my housemates (born in 1985) has never seen any of the Star Wars movies.

For the overwhelming majority of people alive today there was never a time when television didn't exist.

I had grandparents who were born in 1900 and 1910 and parents born in 1928 and 1929.

I've had plenty of these.

When I was 36 it meant I had now had half a life as an adult, but it didn't feel like that!
