Do you know what this is called?

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help but I'm trying to find a toy from my childhood (bought mid 1970's). It's the pink thing in the picture, it was filled with beans like a Mattel baby beans. Do you know what it is called?

Looks a bit like a matchbox bean baby (Not always babies they did animals too)
