What's going on???

What the hell has gone wrong with this once great forum, sorry but somebodys gotta say it, i have been here for several years now and have enjoyed many great discussions about childhood memories and the days when things were simpler and better, but it seems every time i check in now nobody has anything to say about the topic, it's all newbies asking banal questions regarding some obscure video game or similar mindless nonsense. I hate to say it but i am close to hanging up my boots if things keep going this way.....jeez!

What make are your boots tex?..Doc Martens or Solovair?
As a newcomer to this forum one of my first impressions was that it's not exactly buzzing with activity but perhaps all the better for that.
Not a big fan of things technical when it comes to video games to say the very least but fair play, others are.
If you do hang up your boots then there's one less regular poster left.

I have noticed this myself and I do see threads which are mostly one post wonders and therefore doesn't bring any constructive into the conversation.

I have started threads about various things to do with the past and get very few replies - mostly because I am probably the only person who remembers what I am referring to. Obviously we don't know exactly what other people are thinking and quite often when we start new threads, we often assume that we do.
