Has anyone on here actually suffered a slipped disc? It happened to me over the weekend and I was in agony. Sitting down and lying down isn't too bad, but getting up and standing up can be so painful. This sort of back pain I can do without, thank you very much - it even made using the toilet a bit more difficult in more ways than one.
In fact, it happened to me a couple of times over the last couple of years. I don't know what is worse, the pain, or being unable to do things properly.
