Apparently they are a good omen to have fly in to your home and they symbolise light and new journeys. They are a symbol of strength and fearlessness.
Whatever reason it flew in there even if it was accidental I hope it has brought some good fortune your way. I think you are very lucky.

I've added a sepia tint to some picture that could be period ones, like this one.

My camera does have a B&W setting but I've not used it.

I've just found the back and white setting on my Canon 350D !!

I've been experimenting and the best shots obviously feature contrasting textures and shades of light , I also took loads of the recent World War 2 extravaganza ....
