Please Sir! spawned a spin-off series, The Fenn Street Gang, which followed the pupils of 5C as they moved into the world of work. However, The Fenn Street Gang itself spawned a spin-off series. What was it?

Can you name the late 70s BBC sitcom that starred Martin Jarvis and Diane Kean as a couple who live together without marrying, although they did marry in one of the latter series if I remember correctly.

Spot on. Diane was fresh from starring in The Cuckoo Waltz, where Lewis Collins first hit the big time. Rings was a bit controversial at the time as the couple were not married initially.
