In the last year I also had a snake and a guinea pig!
We've always had lots of pets, but we are now downsizing gradually.

I have a long haired chihuahua called Clyde, a cat called Bootsie, an African Grey called Jemmy, a cockatiel called Tufty, a rabbit called Poppy and 6 fire belly newts.

I had 2 cats, Hamish and Misty, I sadly lost Hamish to Kidney
Failure in 2007 He was 17, the two of them were the best of buddies



Misty will be 18 in may, but 3 weeks ago He was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer :cry: I just hope he can Live long enough to see it

We have 2 dogs, Barnie (Chihuahua) and Jodie (Border Collie), 2 terrapins and a budgie.

Two kittens called Treacle and Marmite, two Chinchillas called Harry and Breeze, and (deep breath) a quite unfeasible number of rabbits called Austin, Morris, Henry, Biscuit, Baz, Gaz, Percy, Sorrow, Flaky, Twiglet, Sarah, Tinker, Tin-Tin, Molly, Louise, Fluff, Roger, Little Mo, Smudge, Briony, Rocky, Butch, Travis, Thumper, Rainbow, Turbo, Houdini, Hartley, Bootsie, Robin and Smokey. And a guinea pig called Bernard. Admittedly, three of the rabbits are not ours, but are long term boarders whose owners can't keep them at home since moving, but others are mostly rescues or holdovers from when we bred rabbits as a business. Luckily, we have a very large garden...

I have a Great Dane - Zak, who is ten and a half and a 17 year old Timneh (small African Grey) parrot called Sparkey who drives me mad calling Huggie's daughter Zoe-oe-oe-oe !!!

Sadly Zak is now no more - his back end went a fortnight ago and as he could no longer get in and out by himself, we had to part company! Sparkey is still going strong, though he did seem to miss Zak for a few days after he'd gone.
