Childrens fantasy drama series on CITV.It was made in 1988, and repeated in 1990. The story is about a young girl staying with her aunt after her mother is injured in a car accident. The girl is drawn to a moondial in a nearby mansion that makes her to travel back in time, where she becomes involved with Tom and Sarah, who live in the previous century.Her mission from that moment forth is to save them from their own unhappy lives!Quite a nice take on a sci-fi tale for kids, very enjoyable. I watched it a few times while baby sitting for my neices!

I remember this, sometimes creepy but compelling at the same time.

The girl's name was Araminta, Minty for short.

I'm having a nice nostalgic night rewatching this classic children's drama in it's original unedited episodic form. Kids these days don't have a clue what they're missing out with these type of dramas.
