Freshen up's were individually wrapped chewing gum, sold in packets, various minty flavours with a liquid centre.They were first made in 1975 by Cadbury Adams in Brazil and exported to the wide world.They are still made believe it or not, though mostly just in Brazil!

I used to love Freshen Up. I couldn't say when it stopped being sold in the UK. I remember having it at school in the 80's.

more than likely i had it at school as well.
but my memory just cant remember back that far.
