Spamming informing thread

I don't know if HG, Heather or Remember can help, but this thread has been closed i've noted recently. In light of recent day's events - could a new one be created please?

Regards a similar thing, I was wondering what has happened to the thread to contact other members when you've tried to PM another member but their "inbox" is full, it seemsw to have disappeared.
