Thought I'd take the opportunity to promote my blog on here:

Nice blog, i wasn't a lover of a lot of the 80's, some of the new romantics stuff and all of the stock aitken and waterman stuff was not my thing, now Our Daughters Wedding.... now your talking. I remember Furniture and Plastics, there was some good indie stuff about as well, one of my favs was The Jesus And Mary Chain, also Cocteau Twins, This Mortal Coil, the Dickie's and the Patti smith group to name just a few. I will keep popping in to see if anymore memories get jogged.
