      Re: Tears for fears.

If you look on Youtube there are some great clips of Tears For Fears playing live with a full orchestra in Antwerp in 2006, Belgium 2007 etc

eg. Shout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aI9lo5BRJmg Sewing the Seeds of Love http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I99byzYZbBI

Woman in Chains http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vur84...feature=relmfu plus many others.

Their voices are as brilliant as ever. I saw them live on several occasions back in the 80's. An excellent band imho.

I saw them in Birmingham in 83 and 85 if my memory serves me correctly. Once was at The Odeon so a relatively small venue.

Songs From the Big Chair is still a great album, and the best track from it is Listen one of the most haunting songs ever.

                Re: Tears for fears.

The movie 'Peter's Friends' features 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World' in it's opening titles over a montage of news clips which span the decade between 1982 and 1992, as an indication of time passing between the 1982-set opening pre-titles scene and the 1992 setting of the rest of the movie.

I was never really into TFF until the late '80s, and 'The Seeds Of Love' album. I really like this album, it remains one of my favourites. As well as the singles - 'Sowing The Seeds Of Love', 'Woman In Chains', and 'Advice For The Young At Heart', 'Badman's Song' is also worth a listen.

                  I liked Tears for Fears.
The tunes that i listen to most is Mad World. From the album The Hurting.
It is amazing that it was released in 1982.
Sowing the seeds of love is another favourite of mine.
