When i think back, i seem to remember past girlfriends by what songs were out at the time.
For example
My first girlfriend (holiday love), i remember her by Wet Wet Wet - sweet little mystery.
She was on holiday where i live and was on a school holiday or something. We used to meet in the evenings after their day activites outside their hotel. This song was always on the radio first thing in the morning , and i used to count down the days till she went home.

Never saw again, did write for a while..

There was always the next one!!!!

When I was a mere 10-year old, I got beaten up once by two lads, one of whom had a 'ghetto blaster' thingy with him. As I was being punched in the stomach repeatedly, I distinctly remember Suzi Quatro singing 'Devil Gate Drive'. Since then, I have never liked her tunes - funny that....

Angels : Robbie, always thought this was mine and Momma's.

Never had one for my X wife, though maybe every worst record/song possible.......or is there one called my biggest mistake?

She's Electric by Oasis - reminds me of an ex from when I was 14 - who dumped me and tried it on with my sister!
