Also on another thread but Schools Out( Alice Cooper) and Seaside Shuffle(Terry Dactal? and the Dinosaurs) circa 1970 always remind me of a special summer of sun sea and ....you know!

I was the dumpee far more than the dumper, I fear, still didn't have any specific anthem for either situation. House of Fun ( Madness ) sticks in my mind from my first ( of many ) tastes of the old heave-ho.
