Help identifying 80's song/video

Right, I need help in identifying this song but I can only remember bits of the video. Sometime in the 80's, the video was the singer, dressed in a kilt and I think a helmet wielding a broadsword. All very "William Wallace". Very low quality, kinda cheesy. I initially thought it was Baltimora but it's not.

Any help?

I actually hadn't seen it or heard of it before. I just googled singer kilt broadsword and found another similar query with the answer. Definitely not Baltimora!
