    B side to the Dr Who theme

    I remember getting this record when I was younger. I used to love listening to the B side.
    Anyone know what it is called and who it was by?

        Im having trouble finding it everywhere , I can plenty of references to it but not the actual song

            So much detail ...also lists other Dr Who related songs.. most apt song for David Tennant's Doctor as it's Christmas would be "Gimme Gimme Gimme"

              I also used to have this single when I was younger and if I remember correctly the b side was better than the original, can't think what it was called. I may even still have it somewhere.

                Herr's link seems not be working any more, so I'm not sure if I'm just repeating something people already know...

                But the B side to the early eighties re-mix of the theme was called "The Astronauts". I thought it was a really catchy tune. I used to play it more than the A side!

                    Thanks for the link, Claudine. I hadn't realised the track was released on an LP first. That album version is longer. The single didn't have the two minute build up to the main melody. Very nice to hear again though!
