Song title - HELP

I'm not usually too bad on these but a mate has me stumped. He's after the title of a late 80's song. The singer was a scandinavian fella with bleached blonde hair. The song was about his son (my mate says he sings his sons name repeatedly) and there's lots of "woooo" in the background. He says it was around the time that Kon Kan were in the chart with I beg your pardon. Any ideas you good people?

Isn't it brilliant when you happen on a thread and click on a link and think..................oh wow, I remember that!!

I just did this. Had competely forgotten about this song. Good to hear it again, (Though it is a bit preachy isn't it.)
