This one may be easy for some to identify, it is currently used in a commercial for both tv and radio for telewest broadband. and the words go something like" It's the right time,oh it's the right time to make a change" for some reason the levellers come to mind, am I right?What's the title? thanks in anticipation.

I have not seen the advert, but could the song be "Finetime" by Cast? It sounds a bit like it from the lyrics quoted.
