Help with dance song

This is a real long shot but this song has been in my head for the past 2 years.
Its a dance song from the very late 90s or early 00 and all i have in my head is a small part of the chorus which goes(i think) "put the daddy on put the daddy on" and repeats that line for most of it.The voice sounds slightly sped up.
It was also used on "A question of sport" on a guess the mystery guest round.
Please help its doing my nut in
