My mates and I were into the Ska sound/mini-Mod revival. Thus, we used to dance to stuff by Madness, The Specials, The Beat, Selecter, Lambrettas, etc.

One of the best ones at the Disco in the 70s/80s for me was One Step Beyond by Madness, followed by the Skinhead Symphony by The Specials. We also did a mean dance to Geno by Dexys Midnight Runners.

My heck, they were indeed happy days - black and white gear on, two tone trousers, trilbys - it was brill.

wow..was watching a vid on youtube and noticed another vid in the 'related items' section at the side...knew the name immediately, something triggered way deep from 25yrs ago....

It don't remember it, but it sounds like a cross between 'Good Times' by Chic and 'Boom Shake The Room' by Will Smith. Both good songs.

I love this track! I love dancing to it still at modern soul nights. Its a classic!
