Help with a Rolf Harris song

Back in about 1970, I owned some Rolf Harris EPs. I remember the tracks 'Jake the Peg', 'I've Lost My Mummy', and 'Sun Arise'. But there was another one. The first words were, "Altogether....altogether...." , and in the background there was the sound of glass bottles sloshing with water in time to the music. I've Googled discographies, etc., but not found anything.

Can anyone help with a title?

It was so good to hear the song again. I didn't remember the notes quite right but my guess wasn't too bad after so many years! And yes, the similarities to Adam Ant's song are rather astonishing.
