Trying to remember name of old game!

Can anyone remember a game from probably late 70s/early 80s, it was a cylinder shape with rings round it which you turned in order to drop black and white marbles through and and there were also red marbles which you got more points for, was a game of my boyfriends and this is all he can remember and is driving him mad trying to remember the name!.

it was shorter than kerplunk tower and more straight, like a can shape!

Hi, I have been trying to find exactly the same game but cannot for the life of me remember the name...PLEASE PLEASE if you find out could you let me know, all i remember is that it was black and had black and white balls, somebody once suggested that it was called pay off but the tower on that is brown and orange, i often wondered if i was the only person to have the game, thought that maybe my mum bought it in a bargain basement as a stocking filler, where ever she got it me and my sister had hours of fun. Anyway good luck to finding out and please let me know if you find out.... then we can both search ebay. Thankyou Tracie,
