Spotty Herbert

Does anyone remember having this game? Each player had a picture of a face and then put little cardboard spots on the face. Can't remember whether the aim was to get the spots or get rid of them, but I rather think it was the latter. Any other info on this game would be much appreciated.

Seems like I'm years late for this chat - we played it as kids (we're Herberts so HAD to) - the aim was to get rid of the spots. Where can I buy another one?
