Does anyone remember a game with a screaming/laughing skull???

There's a game I had waaaaay back in the late 80's of which I cannot for the life of my remember the name of. All I remember was there were cards with different ghosts on and a skull that had 3 holes which you poked a 'sword' into. It would either laugh or scream. I have spent ages searching the net but as yet haven't found anything even close. If anyone remembers it & can tell me the name I would be eternally grateful

No this isn't the one. I remember it having cards with different ghosts/ghouls/monsters on, the most memorable being a Japanese woman who had a large mouth at the back of her head. The skull itself was quite large & had 3 holes in it.

Nope it's not either of them. I had Ghost Castle too. I can't remember exactly how the game played, other than when you had a card with a ghost/ghoul/monster you had to stick the sword into one of the holes & it would either scream when you 'defeated' the creature or laugh if it beat you. Does that make sense? I've tried all kinds of searches on Google but still nothing.

YES!!!!!! I've found it!! It was called Horror House. It was seriously the best game ever. I would give anything to find one again. There are none for sale ANYWHERE in the world from what I can see. Just one person in Australia who's also looking for one. If there's anyone who remembers this & knows where I can get one I would be forever in their debt

Haha, yep, I actually got a mint condition one that I've owned since the 80s.

What annoyed me though was that the skull was red instead of the green on the box - although red did seem more fitting, i wanted it exactly like the drawing on the box art, so ended up painting it green with model paint.

Also, the plastic cross wasn't as impressive as the one on the art, and, worst of all, the cool playing pieces of priests with crucifixes was replaced with the barbarians from Action GT's 'Crossbows & Catapults!'

Have since tried finding the original pieces via Ebay, to no avail yet - but have since gotten faintly similar pieces from another game by twilight creations.
