there was the bad and the good side of town, i think it was something to do with the police , it had buttons on it and you sometimes got the sirens or other death music. No i am not going crackers !

Vague year probably around 1979/80 - it was based on police precincts trying to solve cases probably based on some where like Chicago with references to a mafia type family.
