  • It's Elementary?

Okay, when I was in elem/middle school [around 1993]...there was Oregon Trail, which was possibly the best game ever, next to another game we also played, and that's why I'm here. I need help remembering what it's called.

Okay, so the littlest bit I do remember, is this:
-It was an educational game [durrrr...]
-You played diff games on it, like bowling, um, that's all I can remember about that...
-There was a game where you worked in a pet store, and funny people would come in and describe a pet to you that they want, and you pick it out for them...and they weren't normal pets like cats and dogs...I'm not too too sure what they were...
-and the levels of difficulty were round faces, and they were like red, yellow, green and orange. and when you clicked on one, it would, sing it....like red, for example, was all hateful sounding [it was the hardest level] orange sounded like it said our-inge! and so forth.

Any help could be appreciated....my memory isn't the greatest. Mind you, I'm 19 now, so the game isn't this old...

I guess i got the wrong impression about this site then. but i do recall and i quote the home page saying "Do You Remember...
the 70's, 80's and 90's? " Yes, I'm young, but this was early nineties. I'll keep hope that someone, might know what i'm talking about.

          none taken, by the way.

              Re: It's Elementary?

I do remember bits of the 90's,but a lot of it was spent in an alcoholic daze
I only remember the 70s/80s as I was probably sober then

              don't they always say..if you can remember the...(insert decade)..you wern't there??
I can only assume that in the 90's, this would be a windows 90+ game,so we are not talking amiga,atari,etc..
will look into it for you
Anything else you recall from the game??

this also begs the question...it was only within 14 years ago..
                Is your memory THAT bad??

You must be living higher than I did!!
