Doh!
It is technically the right one, but I want to wire up both sets of controls.
This one only wires up one set

Not really. I'll send back board and exchange it for the proper one. no difference in price.
However, after buying the original arcade stick & the board & the postage, I'll have spent same money as I would have paid to buy an normal brand new USB Arcade Stick

Wired & working!! bit of a mess inside, but it works (apart from I wired it back to front at first, up went down, left went right..opps)
