ferris wheel for cars

I remember having a mechanical ferris wheel where toy cars would go round and round.I suppose it must of been some type of garage but i remember it as a ferris wheel
Remember it being clear plastic whith coloured plastic cogs,wheels inside,and maybe might of had flashing lights too.

Must of been early 70's. Any ideas anyone?
